Location: The farm is located 6 miles north of the Hwy 92 and Hwy 81 Junction. It is the northeast corner of County Road A37 and Hwy 81.

Legal Description: The Southwest Quarter (SW1.4) and the South Half of the Southeast Quarter (S1/2 SE1/4) of Section Seven (7), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range One (1) East of the 6th PM in Butler County, Nebraska, consisting of 240+/- acres.

Irrigation Wells: Electric, 100 HP motor, 800 gpm @ 45 psi.. The Butler County Rural Public Power District serves the Electrical needs of the farm. Included with sale are approximately 1,320 feet of 10-inch PVC mainline pipe and approximately 2,640 feet of 8-inch gated aluminum pipe, 20-inch spacing.

Center Pivot : The center pivot that is on this farm is owned by the present tenant.

Property Description: On this farm, the 160-acre field is watered by the tenant’s center pivot and 80 acres are leveled for gravity irrigation. This farm is comprised mainly of Hastings Silt Loam at 0-1% slope.

Government Payments: This farm is currently enrolled in the Farm Service Agency ACRE Program. The payment for 2009 was $2,445.
