Location: The ranch is located twelve miles north of Ainsworth on the Meadville Road (Old Hwy 7) and one mile east to the ranch headquarters.

Improvements: A one and a half story dwelling with 1,704 square feet built in 1920. The wiring was updated in the 1970’s. The home was beautifully remodeled in 1996.
