Location: From Callaway, Nebraska - 2.75 miles west on Highway 40 and 1.75 miles south.

Legal Description: The NW 1/4 NE 1/4, S 1/2 NE 1/4 & SE 1/4 of Section 29; SW 1/4 SE 1/4 of Section 20. All located in Township 15 North, Range 23 West of the 6th P.M., Custer County, Nebraska

Property Description: High producing cropland plus CRP and native hard grass rangeland. The 45 acres of dryland cropland is mostly Cozad and Hobbs silt loam. Another nearly level 20 acre field is in grass but has hay or crop potential. The 117.6 acres of CRP has excellent established grass cover for wildlife habitat. Terms and Conditions: 20% down the day of the sale. Balance will be due at closing on or about December 15, 2011.
