Well #1 Section 24-T20N-R6E

Testing Pumping Results on May 8, 2010: Well Depth 53', Static Water Level 8', Test Pumped from 51', Test Pumped 800 GPM @ 40' Pumping Water Level, Started getting air at 825 GPM, surges at 925 GPM.

Well #2 Section 23-T20N-R6E

Testing Pumping Results on May 8, 2010: Well Depth 62', Static Water Level 7', Test Pumped from 58', Test Pumped 800 GPM @ 39' Pumping Water Level, Test pumped up to 1,100 GPM with no air.

Well #3 NE1/4 Section 23-T20N-R6E

Testing Pumping Results on May 8, 2010: Well Depth 51', Static Water Level 4', Test Pumped from 48', Test Pumped 600 GPM @ 35' Pumping Water Level, Started getting air at 725 GPM.

 

There are approximately 2,250 Feet of Gated and Mainline Solid Aluminum Pipe & 1,680 Feet of Gated PVC Pipe, all 8 inch. If the farm sells as 2 separate Tracts, pipe will sell with Tract 2, otherwise pipe sells with Farm.

Dietz Well of Norfolk is installing new Submersible Irrigation Pumps in Well #1 and Well #3 in July. They will be approximately 600-Gallon Per Minute/25 Horsepower Electric Pumps. Electric Panels will be upgraded at that time. Electrical Service for this property is provided by Cuming County Public Power District. Pumping results will be available as soon as wells are operational.
