Farming and ranching isn’t just Gary’s job, it’s his passion. He grew up on family-owned farms and ranches in the Brown, Cherry and Thomas county areas and farmed and ranched his own place in Lincoln County for 23 years. He graduated from Ainsworth High School and the University of Nebraska-Lincoln Ag College.
Currently co-owner of a Cherry County ranch, he also has 45 years of experience managing and appraising rural land. He has earned the titles of Accredited Farm and Ranch Manager and Rural Appraiser.
For more than 20 years, Gary has been a 4-H leader. He has taught Rural Appraisal classes for ASFM & RA in four different states.
Gary owns and rides quarter horses and currently serves as President of the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Posse, the oldest posse in the state of Nebraska.

Farming runs through Robin’s blood and he is committed to serving his clients. Raised on a farm near Callaway in Custer County, Nebraska, Robin returned to farming after attending Lincoln School of Commerce in Lincoln where he studied accounting and finance. For over 25 years he and his wife owned and operated farms and ranchland growing corn, soybeans, wheat and alfalfa in addition to maintaining a 500-plus stock cowherd. After retiring from his own farm in 1998, he began working for UFARM managing farms and ranches in central, southwest and western Nebraska.
Over the years, Robin has been active in 4-H clubs and school functions with his children. He has held positions of chairman and board member of the Callaway District Hospital and Foundation, board member of Farmers Co-op Elevator and Lincoln County Fair Board.

Jet Brown, a licensed Real Estate Salesperson is well-qualified to help you buy or sell property. In addition, as support person for the North Platte office, she assists the farm and ranch managers, as well as their clients.
Jet has an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration and has been with UFARM for five years. She also has 11 years of retail banking experience and served 4 years as treasurer for the Parent Teacher Organization at her children’s school.
